Ashing Muffle Furnaces (+300 deg. C to +1200 deg. C)

Ashing Muffle Furnaces are manufactured in Australia to meet AS1038.4-1995 standard. Manufactured with high quality stainless steel for easy maintenance and excellent durability. The double skinned construction keeps the exterior body cool at high temperatures and provides excellent stability. The Ashing furnace has 2 Inlet tubes located at the back of the furnace to prewarm air, the pre heated air flow maintains even temperature and meets the standard of 2-20 exchanges per minute at 800 deg. C. The furnace features light weight ceramic fibre insulation for rapid thermal cycling and heating by electric elements with a rear vent port for natural venting or gas purging. The door is firmly held closed with adjustable side locking latch and has a safety cut off when the door is opened during operation.

A digital display temperature controller controls the temperature within the range ambient +300 deg. C to 1200 deg. C.

Data logging

When optioned the controller can be connected via RS232/RS485 communication ports which can be connected directly to a data logger or computer to collect this information. Software is available for programming and monitoring.

Additional options

To suit your requirements the addition of options such as programmable controllers, timers and cable access ports are also available.
