DUNN CHEMOTAXIS CHAMBER - SVDCC100

The Dunn chamber is a special, single round cell chambered slide. Cells are cultured on coverglass which is then inverted onto the slide. Cells resting over the annular bridge of the chamber can be observed under phase-contrast optics and their migration tracks are recorded automatically by time-lapse frame grabbing. Slide thickness 1 mm, Dunn system, complete with 2 pieces of coverglass. BS748. Maybe autoclaved.

The McMaster egg counting chamber is used for determining faecal egg counts, which is a useful indicator of an animal's health. The slide is of all glass construction with the top covers affixed to the lower slide. Each of the two chambers has a 10 mm x 10 mm grid which is permanently etched on the under side of the top cover. Supplied complete with plain coverglass. Instructions included. BS748.
Use: Fecal egg counts

McMASTER EGG COUNTING CHAMBER, 2 CELLS, GLASS AND PLASTIC - SVZ12000
This counting chamber has exactly the same grid and measurements between the upper and lower glass as the all glass version above, but the rest of the slide is constructed with a plastic bridge and ends. Can be sterilised by immersion in alcohol.
