SEM finder & locator grids for specimen mount, SEMF2

The SEM finder & locator grids for specimen mount, SEMF2 has been developed to mount on 12.7mm diameter SEM mounts and allows for easy characterisation and analysis of particles, fibers and suspensions distributed over the grid. Grids come in copper or nickel with 228 identifiable cells. Packaged in vials.
