SEM 22/25 deg. specimen mounts, M4 cylinder
These SEM specimen mounts have an orientation cross which allows for precise positioning towards the energy-dispersive (EDS) detector.The 22/25 deg. tilt provides better detection and higher signal to noise ratio for x-ray analysis. Made of aluminium, designed for use with Hitachi TM1000/TM3000 tabletop SEMs.
