SEM slotted specimen mount, pin mount
The SEM slotted specimen mount with pin stub allows easy clamping of thin sections and cross sections up to 6.4mm thick without the need for conductive paint. Made from machined aluminium, with grooved head, centered slot and stainless steel Allen set screw. Allen key included. Screw used is 2-56 x 3/8, Hex, set, Stainless Steel. Compatible with FEI, Tescan, ZEISS (also for Philips, LEO, Cambridge, AMRAY, Leica, CamScan, ETEC) SEMs.
