COVID-19 Supply Chain Statement
ProSciTech is part of an essential critical infrastructure workforce. As such, we take that responsibility during this challenging time quite seriously.
Our Supply Chain: our inventory levels are robust, and replenishment continues on a daily basis. We are working closely with manufacturing partners to avoid delay whenever possible. We get regular updates on critical items, and continue to fulfill and ship orders daily.
Customer Support Team: we take our responsibility to protect our team members from unnecessary risk, and as such, this team is working from home until further notice. Our investment in technology means an uninterrupted access to this team of professionals, regardless of their physical location.
On site: Our warehouse is closed to walk-in customers. Deliveries are accepted with no contact. The warehouse team is still operating with increased physical space and hygiene protocols in place. No contact pickups and collections may be made at the front counter only.

- Overseas - deliveries are delayed by some weeks
- Australian destinations - delivery may be delayed by a few days
- Perth - deliveries currently as much as 4 weeks

ProSciTech continues to supply facilities that are at the front line of Covid-19 efforts. Although there have been some isolated supply constraints, we continue to stock and supply our core product line.
Pricing will change. It is important to note that we are not growing our margins. Rather, this reflects a very rapid and substantial depreciation of the Australian Dollar, which we have to pass on.
We have enacted our business continuity plan, with a particular focus on staff well-being and capacity. To reduce operational risks, our warehouse staff are operating on split shifts, with most back office functions moved offsite.
