If you help finding a product that is not listed on our site or need more information on a product, please email support@proscitech.com for a response within a day. You can also search our support and user notes here.

Where to find what you need when purchasing:

	Pricing Current pricing can be found on the product page except where a quote is required from a supplier. Discounts are available for certain volumes which are also found on the product page and discounts are available on orders over $1000.
	Product Availability Availability of products is listed on the product page below the product description. Scroll down to see the availability table for each item.
	Quotes Create a quote for products online at anytime by following the steps here. If you can see the price, you can self-generate a formal quote or select 'Request Quote' for larger items over $1000.
	Orders Please send your orders to sales@proscitech.com, or order online via the shopping cart.
	Invoices You will receive a confirmation email when you place an order, the invoice will be generated once your products are shipped. For items not in stock, you will receive a confirmation email from us with an expected ETA and a proforma invoice which can be used in the place of a tax invoice for your accounts.
	Outstanding Orders Order updates and tracking are sent to the email address given on the order. Please contact the person who made the order first (eg purchasing department) if you need an updated ETA, or contact sales@proscitech.com.
