Currently EMS are having issues shipping out orders after recent changes to their warehouse operation. We are unsure when this will be rectified.

When we list an EMS product as No ETA, it means exactly that: neither ProSciTech nor EMS can currently provide a reliable estimated delivery date. EMS is experiencing significant order backlogs and inconsistent supply, and products may arrive weeks or several months after ordering. We continue to receive EMS shipments, but we often have little advance notice of which backordered items will be supplied.

A No ETA status does not mean the product is discontinued or that an estimated date is being withheld. It means there is currently no reliable information available for us to give you. We will fulfil orders as stock is received, in order of customer purchase where applicable.

If you require an item by a specific date, we recommend contacting us before ordering so we can discuss whether an alternative product may be available.
