2026 Pricing Increases

Freight & Price Adjustments – April 2026

We want to be transparent about recent price changes across our range.

Over the past few weeks, we have seen sustained increases in freight costs, both internationally and within Australia. Ongoing global conflicts are expected to keep fuel and freight costs elevated.

Ongoing cost increases are expected as suppliers raise prices and fuel costs continue to rise.

What’s changing

→ Our product prices have been adjusted by approximately 8% (31 March)

→ Freight costs may vary more frequently than usual

Some quotes may include estimates where final freight charges are not yet known

Why this is happening

Freight carriers apply a fuel surcharge that fluctuates regularly. This surcharge is typically only finalised once the shipment is processed and billed. New domestic surcharges range from approximately 4% to 36%.

We are conservatively estimating how these costs will affect us right now, but adjustments will likely be required.

Due to the current level of variation and unpredictability, further increases are expected from both freight carriers and suppliers as their costs rise, largely driven by increasing oil prices linked to ongoing global conflict.

What this means for you

  • Online pricing is recognised at the time of sale and will vary more frequently
  • Quote validity is now 7 days (previously 30 days)
  • For larger or freight-sensitive items, we may separate freight to keep things more clear

We will continue to monitor costs closely and adjust pricing as required.
