B-class autoclaves, +135C
B-class autoclaves, +135C
The B-class benchtop autoclaves from Labec are ideal for the sterilisation of wrapped, hollow and solid instruments. Steam sterilisers are by far the most reliable method known for the destruction of all forms of bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores These autoclaves have fast sterilisation times, are extremely quiet and are equipped with a new multi protection system that utilises mechanical and electronic safety mechanisms for pressure temperature and electrical current protection. There are 15 different built-in languages to meet the needs of users in various countries. The internal thermal printer records sterilisation process and is USB 2.0 compatible. All models come equipped with a printer, chamber rack and trays.
They are all Australian TGA approved, ARTG number 309346. Conforms to AS/NZ4815 and European classifications with 3-time pre vacuum preceding vacuum drying and installed with BOWIE DICK test which measures the penetration of steam.
Construction
The exterior detailing gives it sleeker profile, for space-saving effective and efficient sterilisation in your office. Stainless steel chamber is made by drawing die sets with triple surface treatments. Safe hook-type door lock design locks the door pivot while sterilisation cycle runs. The micro switch for the door locking system ensures that the cycle cannot be started if door is not closed the appropriate position. The built-in frame dust filter ensures constant performance levels, reduced maintenance costs and longer service intervals.
Controls
The LCD display uses a dynamic graphical appearance that shows time, temperature and pressure at all stages of sterilisation. The display shows water shortage, locking door alarm, printer not connected alarm and error codes to facilitate troubleshooting. All operations are controlled with only four buttons. Advanced technology enable strict control of temperature fluctuations to 0.1C during the sterilisation phase. Built-in printer can automatically print sterilisation report when each cycle ends. The device is equipped with a standard USB 2.0 interface to record data onto an inserted USB. Sterilisation reports for the last 20 cycles can be recorded within the unit.
