Automatic Quotes

There is an easy way for you to get an accurate quote for the products you're interested in. Our automatic quote system can generate a formal quote, including shipping, and send it to your inbox just like the example below. If you can see the price of the product online and you are within Australia, you can generate a quote at any time.

NOTE: For items that show P.O.R (price on request), Price + Freight, or if you have an order over $1000, please email support@proscitech.com for a quote, or use the green contact button to the right of any page of the website.

Follow these steps to send a formal quote to your inbox

1. Chose the correct product options and pack size

2. Click on Add to formal quote

Repeat for each of the products you would like included in the quote.

4. Go to your Cart

5. Click on Log in for formal quote

Check the products in your cart are correct.
Product availability is highlighted for your convenience

Click on Log in for formal quote

6. Log in, or Create account if you do not have an online profile

Anyone can make an account, which is simply an online profile (not related to credit account)

Accounts are per email address as user.

7. Go back to the cart and click on "Generate formal quote" or "Request formal quote"


"Request formal quote" - means this quote must be manually completed by staff due to product type or value, and will take longer.

Go back to the cart and click on "Generate formal quote" or "Request formal quote". (If it says "Request formal quote" this quote is manually completed by staff due to product type or value and will take longer.)

The following message will show once your automatic quote is complete.

Trouble Shooting

1. If you get this message "Add an address for formal quote" - click on the orange button

Go back into the cart and click Add an Address for Formal Quote

Next click "Add address" and complete your shipping address

Click Add address.

2. If you get this message "Please correct your address details to generate a quote - Please go back to your account and correct your address details (Check state and post code)

If you get this message - Please correct your address details in your account. (Check state and post code.)

3. No discount applied - check the discount. "Online Only discounts apply only to purchases made online and therefore will not be quoted.
